Appointments requests can only be made online and will reviewed by your selected artist within 72 hours. You will receive a confirmation text or email if your request has been approved. To book an appointment, please browse our TEAM page to learn more about our independent artists. Availability, service menu, and pricing will all vary by artist, and not all artists are accepting new client requests. CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients have the ability to modify, cancel, or move appointments using the booking confirmation email or text up to 48 hours before their reservation. Clients unable to keep their appointment are required to provide 48 hours notice to their artist to avoid paying the cancellation fee detailed below: Clients will be subject to a 50% fee of their total booked services for unkept appointments. Many of our artists offer a 15 minute grace period for most services, but out of respect for our team and their time, clients more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-call no-show and therefore subject to the above cancellation fee and may not be serviced. By booking your appointment, you acknowledged that you have read and understand this cancellation policy. Thank you!
