CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients have the ability to modify, cancel, or move appointments using their booking confirmation email or text up to 48 hours before their reservation. Clients unable to keep their appointment are required to provide 48 hours notice to their artist to avoid paying the cancellation fee detailed below: Clients will be subject to a 50% fee of their total booked services for any unkept appointments. Many stylists offer a 15 minute grace period for most services, but out of respect for our artists and their time, any client more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-call no-show and therefore subject to the cancellation fee.
