All services are available by appointment only. All appointments must be reserved online and confirmed by your artist. We are unable to accommodate walk-in appointments. Our studio does not have a front desk team to manage booking requests or offer consultations. Prices, booking policies, and availability all will vary by artist. CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients have the ability to modify, cancel, or move appointments using their booking confirmation email or text up to 48 hours before their reservation. Clients unable to keep their appointment are required to provide 48 hours notice to avoid paying the cancellation fee as detailed below Clients will be subject to a 50% fee of their total booked services for any unkept appointments. Many stylists offer a 15 minute grace period for most services, but out of respect for our artists and their time, any client more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-call no-show and therefore subject to the cancellation fee. By booking your appointment, you acknowledged that you have read and understand this cancellation policy. Thank you!
