All services are available by appointment only. All appointments must be reserved online and confirmed by your artist. We are unable to accommodate walk-in appointments. Our studio does not have a front desk team to manage booking requests or offer consultations. We ask all clients interested to inquire through our website through our contact page or at saturnsalonstl@gmail.com. Prices, booking policies, and availability all will vary by artist. Please browse the Team page to learn more about each stylist and their services and booking policies before requesting an appointment. Thank you!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients have the ability to modify appointments using their booking confirmation email up to 48 hours before their appointment time. Clients who are unable to keep their scheduled appointment are required to provide notice to their stylist at least 48 hours in advance. Clients who are unable to provide adequate notice will be subject to a 50% fee of their total booked services. Most stylists offer a 15 minute grace period for most services, but out of respect for our artists and their time, any client more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-call no-show and therefore subject to a cancellation fee. By booking your appointment, you acknowledged that you have read and understand our cancellation policy. Thank you!
